After his integration in the Catering school of La Rochelle, Frantzy left his native land for the United Kingdom for
ten years where, from luxury hotels to starred restaurants, he learned the trade of restaurant manager. Thus, over time, he continued his journeys to and fro, in order to obtain the very highly rated Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
He then did a tour of France in order to know
the purest wine tradition.
Frantzy considers himself as the curator of a museum, who highlights tasteful artists. The ‘artists’ in this case are
the “chefs” and the wine growers.
Wine continues to fascinate this sommelier: wine is
a true pleasure that, when it is shared, truly blossoms.

When Frantzy is questioned on his favourite wine, he just answers that he stays open-minded about it. He loves, above all, to be astonished by these ‘works of Art’, which always seem unique.
